This happened to me years ago on an old Honda 350. Have you been using automobile oil? Motorcycle oil has more detergents and anti-foaming agents which keep the clutch cleaner. Try shelling out the bucks for motorcycle oil, maybe even synthetic and try to tun it through as much as you can. You'll probably have to "speed shift" since your clutch won't work but hopefully it will loosen up. This worked on the Honda.
